Two original December 1894 cabinet card photos of an African American woman. Photographed by a travelling Railroad Car studio, which operated around Palestine, Texas. Cabinet cards is 6.5" x 4.25" with blank backs, as produced. Stable creasing and mount damage, as shown. Some notes and writing, identifying her as Letha Huggins.

Research shows an African American woman named Letha Huggins who worked as a nanny and housekeeper for many years for a white family in Palestine.
