IN THE LIMELIGHTRUNWAY SERIESBY BYRON LARSAA BARBIENR FROM EXCELLENT BOX. This gorgeous African American Barbie doll, with a 1991 body from Mattel, but the face of a 1996 barbie is exquisitely dressed by the only and unique designer Byron Lars. She is wearing a brown velvet gown that sculptures her body beautifully, and a sort of a glamorous opera cape lined in lime green, and sleeves that ends in dark brown faux fur, as also around her neck with a beautiful brooch that matches her earrings and a ring on her right hand (pic #6). Her hair is up in curls in an exaggerated style, that compliments her whole ensemble.

She has been with me for 25 years, away from the light, wrapped, in a pet and smoke free environment and in a climate controlled temperature. She has never been removed from her box, that has 2 little flaws (not noticeable at less you put it against the light, they are shown on pic #11 and pic #12).

She comes with her stand, and certificate of authenticity. The new lucky owner will receive her fast, well wrapped and insured. Thanks a lot for watching and please keep doing so, since i'm downsizing and every day i try to post some more pictures of my treasures.
